[She hums her response, ready to sink into the movie and forget life for a couple of hours.

There is food, and wine, and offhand jokes and comments about the movie and the world it existed in -- but she falls right back into her spot under his arm, where she fits remarkably well. The credits start to roll and she finishes her second glass of wine.]

You know what I wish they could make? A good X-Men movie. There hasn't been one since the first.

why do we need to let them go?! O.O unless you wanted to start a different one elsewhere. =)

[ It's an enjoyable movie, made all the better with the company. His fingers toy with a few strands of her hair gently as he tilts his head to look down at her, her warmth and weight feeling like she belongs there, if he's being honest. ]

I've heard Dark Phoenix was kind of a let down, unless you wiped away the slate and just enjoyed it as it's own little movie? I have yet to go see it though, but I think it's out of theaters now.

WE DO NOT! I've just played with some people who don't like a time jump? Idk. Onward and upward.

That's what Margaery said. But she's not exactly the Times reviewer.

I haven't seen it either. Maybe we can find it in one of those little one-screens out in Nowheresville. [She laughs then.] Or we can wait for Amazon.

I'm good with nearly anything.

[scaledwolf]

I always like to see myself before letting opinions form.

[ He chuckles and can't help it as he gives her temple a soft kiss. ] It's a little late to try for a movie tonight, but we can totally do that tomorrow if you want?

[Her stomach jumps a little when he kisses her on the head, for no real reason, or at least none that she could bring to entertain for more than a short moment.]

After Captain Marvel it or before? [She's smiling but pulls a little bit of a face at the same time.] You're gonna get real tired of me.

[ He gives a soft hum for that question. ] Before. Mail might take a while to get here. And i’ll Never get tired of you. P

[starksansa]

It's been known to happen, is all. [She softens it with her smile, but there's a hint of truthful fear under it.]

[scaledwolf]

[ Fingers brush her cheek gently, his face going soft but serious, shaking his head. ] It’s not going to happen, Sansa. I’ll never get tired of you.

[starksansa]

I--

[She was going to make another joke, but it stopped in her throat, a blush rising where he touched her cheek. There was no reason for him to do that.]

Sometimes I get sick of myself. Is that weird?

[scaledwolf]

[ He’s glad that she doesn’t make another joke, because he’s totally serious about not getting tired of her. He enjoys spending time with her, and enjoys curling up with her like this. And his fingers stay along her cheek, teasing the skin lightly. He can’t help himself. ]

I wanna say no. Sometimes I don’t know what to do with myself.

[starksansa]

[She smiles faintly, not moving away.]

Hared off to developing countries and built things, I figured.

[Maybe that would be a good idea. Maybe she should try it.]

[scaledwolf]

[ He likes that she doesn’t pull away, so he keeps his fingers there, giving her contact. ]

Sometimes. It’s nice to see the world, help the world.

But it’s nice to spend this time with you too.

[starksansa]

I'm glad you think so. [Her hand moves to cover his.] What's your favorite place you've been?

[scaledwolf]

[ He smiles softly, lacing his fingers with his as he hums thoughtfully. ] That's hard to choose every place has its own unique beauty. Maybe you should come with me next time I head somewhere and see what I mean.

[starksansa]

Maybe. [It's hard not to smile back, so she doesn't keep it back. She's traveled, but nothing like Aegon's done.] My passport is good for another few years.

[scaledwolf]

[ Maybe getting out and seeing the world will be good for her. He'd argue there's something magical about seeing the different places. ] Then I'll call you up the next time I've got a trip planned. We can head out together.

[starksansa]

It sounds like a dream. [And it does. Somewhere new, with nobody but him who knows her.]

[scaledwolf]

Just a well worked plan. [ He teased softly as he grinned at her. His head tilts a little, curious. ] Is there anywhere you'd like to go?

[starksansa]

I've never been to South America. [She contemplates it playfully.] Might be nice to feel like four years of high school Spanish wasn't wasted.

[scaledwolf]

[ A soft chuckle follows as he nods. ] I'll look for some projects in South America then, or we can just head out on an adventure.

[starksansa]

We'll throw it on the to do list after Dark Phoenix and Captain Marvel. [Because that seems nice and simple.]

[scaledwolf]

[ That earns her a hug as he continues to chuckle, nearly pulling her into his lap. ] I think that's a plan. Movies, first priority.

[ He pauses a little before glancing at her. ] If you're staying, do you want to borrow a shirt and some pajama pants and get more comfortable? They'll be a little big on you, but they've got a drawstring?

[starksansa]

Oh. [She hadn't considered it completely, and hadn't spent a night away from home in ages. But she wanted to stay, and if he had her in his arms she wasn't going to break away.] I mean... sure, if you don't mind.

[scaledwolf]

[ He watches her a little when he seems to surprise her with the idea, fingers light where they rested at her side. ] I wouldn't have suggested it in I minded. Now or after this one is over?

[starksansa]

Right. [Of course he didn't mind. He doesn't play the game of whichever choice she makes is the wrong one, and she almost winces at how easily she falls back into the pattern.]

Changing might not be a terrible idea. [Though she would hate to move, now her turn to twist a finger in one of his curls. As close as they are, it's all too easy.]
